Integrative coaching takes a wider view.
It looks not only at what you want to change, but at why certain patterns keep showing up - and what you need to feel more balanced and supported from the inside out.

What a Holistic Approach Looks Like
in Real Life

A holistic approach recognizes that every part of you is interconnected, especially when you're living abroad. What affects you emotionally can influence your physical energy. What drains you mentally can impact your sense of purpose or confidence.


Life abroad doesn’t happen in neat little boxes, and neither should coaching. When something feels out of balance, it often shows up across your entire system. That’s why we explore the four areas that shape your wellbeing:

  • Mental:  thoughts, beliefs, clarity, decision-making

  • Emotional: stress, regulation, resilience

  • Physical: energy, routines, nervous system support

  • Spiritual: identity, meaning, inner direction

My role as your life transition coach is to help you bring these parts back into alignment, so you feel steadier, clearer, and more able to navigate the changes that come with living abroad.

How I Work

A supportive, practical partnership — not a rigid method or one-size-fits-all process.

My approach is rooted in seeing you as a whole person: mind, body, heart, and spirit. Every part of you deserves care and attention, especially during times of transition.

In our work together, we’ll look at:

  • what’s been quietly weighing on you

  • what you truly need in this chapter of life abroad

Whether you’re navigating a big decision, managing stress or overwhelm, or trying to reconnect with your sense of purpose, I meet you exactly where you are - no pressure, no judgment.

Depending on your needs, I draw from a range of evidence-based and mind–body tools, including:

  • guided meditations and grounding practices

  • CBT-inspired techniques

  • neuro-linguistic programming

  • nervous system regulation and mind–body strategies

These approaches help you calm your system, shift unhelpful patterns, and take grounded, intentional steps toward the life you want to build. More than anything, our coaching is a partnership. I walk alongside you with support, reflection, and accountability, so you don’t have to navigate the emotional weight of expat life on your own.
