Thrive On Through Life Abroad

An integrative 10-week coaching program
for expats seeking clarity, confidence, and balance.

Living abroad brings incredible opportunities, but also a lot of internal change that people don’t always talk about. The identity shifts, the emotional ups and downs, the exhaustion of constant adaptation…it’s a lot to carry on your own.

This 10-week program is designed to support you through those transitions, so you can feel grounded, steady, and more at home in yourself and your life abroad.

  • One 90-minute onboarding session to explore your story, values, energy, and goals

  • Five 50-minute bi-monthly online coaching sessions

  • Between-session support through thoughtful check-ins and tailored tools

  • A holistic approach to your wellbeing: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual


Over our 10 weeks together, you’ll:

  • Reconnect with your values and priorities so you can make decisions that actually feel aligned

  • Explore your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing through an integrative, whole-person lens

The Expat Clarity Hour

Sometimes you don’t need a full program — you just need to get unstuck
around one pressing question.

Sometimes one question sits at the center of everything: Should I stay? Should I go? What’s my next step? Why does this feel so hard?

The Expat Clarity Hour is a focused, 60-minute session designed to help you:

  • Identify the one challenge or decision that feels most urgent

  • Explore your thoughts and emotions in a grounded, supportive space

  • See the situation more clearly by understanding what’s underneath the confusion

  • Discover perspectives or possibilities you may not have considered

  • Walk away with clarity on your next step - one that feels aligned and actionable

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t get clarity in just one session?
Most clients walk away from the Expat Clarity Hour with fresh perspective and at least one to three grounded next steps. Even a small shift can bring calm, direction, and relief. And if you realize you’d like deeper support, you can always continue with a longer coaching program.

How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching is about understanding where you are now, what you want next, and how to move toward it. I don’t diagnose or treat. Instead, I offer a supportive, forward-focused space where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your life abroad.

Do you only work with new expats?
Not at all. Some clients are brand new abroad; others have lived overseas for years but find themselves at a crossroads. The type of coaching I offer can support you at any stage of expat life, especially if you’re feeling unbalanced, uncertain, or ready for a shift.

How do the sessions take place?
All coaching sessions are held online via videoconference or WhatsApp call - whichever feels most comfortable for you. This makes it easy to connect no matter where in the world you’re living.

What language are sessions in?
All sessions are conducted in English.
